In the previous episode of The Boys season 3 on Amazon Prime Video, Billy Butcher showed his team that he has powers. What was more shocking was that Hughie took some of the Compound V24. And, at the end of the episode, it seemed like he enjoyed the feeling. Before The Boys could talk about what they’ve done to themselves, they found Soldier Boy.

As soon as he’s released, Soldier Boy unleashes an energy blast that knocks Kimiko through three walls. Normally, she heals from anything. This time she didn’t. Kimiko is currently in a coma.

Meanwhile, in America, Homelander makes a huge move against Vought International and especially Stan Edgar. He had made a deal with Victoria Neuman to put Edgar (her adopted father) in hot water with the public. In return, she was given Compound V to give to her daughter. Stan Edgar was not impressed by Homelander’s move. So much so that Edgar tells Homelander he doesn’t deserve his respect.

There are five major things to expect from episode 4 from The Boys. First, how the team reacts to Butcher and Hughie getting abilities. Marvin Milk (M.M.) is furious at Butcher. He feels betrayed. Especially since their mission ends with Kimiko getting hurt.

Speaking of Kimiko, The Boys‘ social media channels have posted a surprise. There’s going to be a musical number on this week’s episode. Most likely, this will be in Kimiko’s head. In episode 1, Kimiko saw someone playing the piano and started to sing in her head. Maybe this is something she’s always wanted to do.

The show’s social media accounts also suggested that a “Legend” is coming in this episode. That legend is, in fact, The Legend from the comic book series. A character that seems to be based off of Stan Lee. It’ll be interesting to see how he’s portrayed.

Soldier Boy is on the loose and there’s no telling what he’s going to do. He was already a deplorable person. Now, he’s awful and has been imprisoned for over two decades. He won’t react to any of this well. Plus the world has passed him by. How he adapts will be something to see. He’ll probably react violently.

Lastly, Homelander or someone from Vought International will suggest that their “heroes” need a release. The release will be Herogasm. Like the comics, look for Homelander to make a speech about having to leave to stop a being that’ll take every hero in the world. They’ll really be going to a tropical island for a ton of debauchery.
