4. Better teammate

Is Wolverine a jerk? Absolutely. However, he’s also not writing down ways to kill his teammates. Does Logan size people up? Absolutely. He knows how things can change. Heroes become mind controlled or brainwashed. Batman, on the other hand, flat out kept it a secret and the information ended up getting stolen. Wolverine is honest about what he’d do if they got out of control. In House of M he said that he expects to be put down if he gets out of control.

Now, Wolverine certainly isn’t perfect but that doesn’t negate him from being a better teammate. Ask anybody he’s teamed with – and we’re not just talking about the X-Men either. After he became an Avenger, Captain America, Luke Cage, Thor, and even Spider-Man have learned he’s a teammate they can trust with their lives and the lives of their loved ones.

3. Experience

There seems to be an endless debate on who the better fighter is between Wolverine and Batman. Honestly, it’s close and there’s no wrong answer. Both of them have trained with the best of the best around the world. Batman may be more disciplined, but Wolverine has fought longer.

Logan was fighting almost a century longer than Bruce Wayne has been alive and he’s seen and experienced more than Bruce. We can go a step further and say where and who Logan has fought. He trained with people in space, fought the Angel of death for his life, and the Devil in Hell and won.
