1. The Incursion, Fantastic Four, and X-Men

The incursion could very well become the biggest event in Marvel Cinematic Universe history. Yes, perhaps even more than Thanos snapping away half of a universe. Because, in this case, it’s an entire universe that’s going to be destroyed. And it may not be just one. In Marvel Comics, multiple universes were demolished. If it’s like the source material we’ll see more than a couple of universes. That could lead to the X-Men and the Fantastic Four finally joining the MCU.

Fans of the MCU and Marvel Comics have been patiently waiting for both teams to make their debut in a Marvel Studios project. Seeing Reed Richards and Professor Charles Xavier in Doctor Strange 2 was nice. However, it wasn’t enough. Fans want Storm, Wolverine, and the Invisible Woman in the MCU. The incursion could bring them in. How would that happen? The same way it did during 2015’s Secret Wars.

At the end of Secret Wars, Miles Morales joined Earth-616. After the incursion is all settled, the Fantastic Four and the X-Men may not have a world to go back to. Or it could be an accident when they stay in the MCU’s 616 universe. Regardless of how it happens, the incursion could be how the X-Men and Fantastic Four make their way to the MCU.
