5. Of course you’re a Djinn
Kamala Khan finally gets a chance to speak to her grandmother in person. One of the first things she asks is why she sent her the bangel. Kamala then starts to ask what she is. Her grandmother casually interrupts and says, “A Djinn? Of course.”
Kamala did not know how to react to how indifferent the response was. Nevertheless, it was funny and great. It showed that it really didn’t matter what their DNA said they were. A message more people should learn. It also leads to the story about the last time Kamala’s grandmother used the bangle and how it saved her life.
