Who dies in Thor: Love and Thunder?
Thor: Love and Thunder wasn’t without its deaths, and that’s to be expected given how many stakes there were in the MCU film. But which characters died in Thor 4?
- Gorr’s daughter Love – dies in a desert-like wasteland after all of her and Gorr’s people also die. Though Gorr prays to the gods, none answer. While this kickstarts his evolution into the God Butcher, he eventually uses his Eternity wish to bring his daughter back.
- Jane Foster / Mighty Thor – died after her use of Mjolnir absorbed her mortal energy, leaving her body too weak to battle her stage four cancer. She then went to Valhalla – the paradise where all Gods go after dying honorably in battle.
- Gorr the God Butcher – weakened after weapon, the Necrosword, was destroyed by Mighty Thor and Thor. He ultimately died after bringing his daughter back to life.
