Thor: Love and Thunder left the audience excited for the future of the God of Thunder’s franchise. It also left this writer with these five questions that need to be answered.

It’s been said that Thor: Love and Thunder could be the most anticipated movie of the year. After seeing it, this writer is happy to say that it’s worth all of the hype it’s received and definitely worth the wait.

Taika Waititi turned the franchise around after Thor: Ragnarok. Thor: Love and Thunder may have made it the most important to Marvel Studios. Waititi made the film feel like an adventure from the very start. The bright colors, classic rock, and action sequences made it impossible to turn away. Then, it ended.

After that, this writer had so many questions that needed to be answered. These five are the most paramount.

5. Will Jane Foster return?

Every time Jane Foster used Mjolnir, the cancer she was battling got more aggressive. It didn’t matter to Doctor Foster. She knew she had to help Thor protect the gods and the children from Gorr the God Butcher. After her last use of Mjolnir, Jane died. Because she fell in battle, she was allowed into Valhalla.

This writer doesn’t believe this is the last time we’ll see Jane Foster. She came back to life in Marvel Comics in Jason Aaron’s Mighty Thor after she died similarly to way that she did in the movie. If the fans enjoy Natalie Portman’s performance, she could come back. Realistically, the ball is in Portman’s court.  Since this was easily her best performance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, she may want to do more of this.
