Ms. Marvel: 5 crucial moments from the season 1 finale

The season 1 finale of Ms. Marvel had everything from action, sweet moments, and hints that mutants are already in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The sixth and final episode of season 1 of Ms. Marvel had a lot riding on it. The Disney Plus show has received acclaim from critics, scoring an incredible 98% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Many have called it the MCU’s best show yet. While others have been unnecessarily unkind about the show, leading to some review bombing online, Ms. Marvel herself, Iman Vellani, isn’t letting that get her down as she continues to focus on the impact the show has had, telling NME:
"“… I think change is scary for a lot of people. And having a show that surrounds a 16-year-old girl who’s Pakistani and Muslim and a superhero is scary for a lot of people. I think this is just gonna rip the Band Aid off and hopefully people will fall in love with her. This show is for Marvel fans. If you’re a real Marvel fan, if any of those review bombers consider themselves a Marvel fan, then this show’s for them too. We wanted Ms. Marvel to be a love letter to Marvel fans. So yeah, I don’t care about them!”"
The show is fantastic. There’s something in it for everyone and it also highlights that there’s a future and market for more representation in comic book projects. Going forward, Ms. Marvel will be the blueprint for the next generation of comic book shows. Especially with the season finale being as great as it was.

5. Ms. Marvel gets her costume
After everything that happened in Pakistan, Kamala and her mother Muneeba could now restart their relationship without any secrets between them. Of course, Muneeba told her husband, Yusuf, who was talking to her on speaker. That meant everyone in their family knew. Thankfully, all of them were supportive. And Muneeba wasn’t done. Before leaving Pakistan, she had a costume made for her daughter. Kamala Khan is now officially Ms. Marvel. A moment that was worth the wait and perfectly portrayed.
