Marvel finally returns to San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, July 23 with a Hall H panel that’s the highlight of the Marvel Comic-Con 2022 schedule.

After three incredibly long years, Marvel Studios is finally heading back to San Diego Comic-Con for the first time since 2019. San Diego Comic-Con hosting its first in-person summer event since the pandemic forced conventions to go virtual, Marvel has decided to once again rejoin the celebration with a panel that is sure to be the most talked about event of the who convention!

Whenever Marvel has made its way to Hall H, it never fails to make waves by announcing new projects in development and using its panels to release the first looks at its upcoming slate.

This year is expected to be no different with all eyes on the studio as speculation continues to run rampant regarding what Marvel might announce during its panel. It’s why fans are so eager to learn all there is to know about the panel including how long it will be — which could be a major clue for just how big Marvel plans to go.

So what does Marvel have planned for this year’s Hall H panel?

Marvel Comic-Con 2022 schedule: Marvel Hall H panel time

The Marvel Studios Hall H panel is scheduled to kick off at 5 pm PT on Saturday, July 23 and will have a 60-minute runtime. That’s right, this year’s Marvel panel will be only an hour in length, which is a bit shorter than past panels.

The 2019 Marvel Hall H panel was 90 minutes long and Marvel Studios made good use of the time by announcing a handful of new shows and movies in development. While it’s expected Marvel will once again announce some new projects this year, the studio isn’t expected to go quite as big as in past years as Disney looks to hold its biggest announcements for its D-23 event this September.
