With the Fantastic Four movie coming, the Human Torch (Johnny Storm) needs to be cast. Here are six actors that could play him. 

People may not think that Johnny Storm is an important member of the Fantastic Four, but he is. The Human Torch does make a lot of jokes and foolish and brash decisions outside of the Fantastic Four. He’s also going to make jokes at improper times. Despite that, he always comes through for the team when he’s needed.

Johnny knows how to follow orders and has literally sacrificed his life for his family (Fantastic Four No. 587). He’s also been a good uncle to Reed Richards’ and Sue Storm’s kids when they need him. It shows that he’s more than just the team’s goofball. He’s an important member of the team and the family.

Each member of Marvel’s First Family adds an element to the team. It’s not just Reed and Sue that make the team work. All four of them pull their weight in different ways. Johnny Storm included.

When the Fantastic Four comes to theaters or Disney Plus, the Human Torch will have to be cast right. If not, it will throw off the team’s entire dynamic.
