X-Men in the MCU: Wraith (Hector Rendoza)

One character that would be fun to add to the big screen purely based on appearance would be Hector Rendoza as Wraith. Wraith doesn’t have a ton of powers, but what he does have would be really cool to see on screen.

Wraith can generate fields of invisibility. That might not seem like something too great for movies. It would just remove the character from the scene. However, it’s when he transfers his powers that the screen adaptions could benefit.

When Wraith uses his powers it turns his skin transparent, revealing his muscles, bones, organs and more. As Marvel ventures into more horror-based content like we saw in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness the idea of using Wraith could be intriguing.

The character’s practicality could be tough to work in, as is his origin. However, there isn’t a ton out there on the character so the MCU could have free range to create as they see fit. There have also been hints that his powers are much more than what has been told, so again, Marvel can use him in more ways than what is on paper.

The range of possibilities paired with the visuals of the character creates for an intriguing character that could at least make an appearance in the MCU.
