Saving time and money

Thor: Love and Thunder had one of the lowest Rotten Tomato scores for a Marvel Studios. Meanwhile, this writer loved every minute of the movie. He’s a fan of comedy, action, and Thor.

The people who didn’t like this movie may not have enjoyed it for multiple reasons. They wanted more from the story in general, too much silliness, or any other number of reasons. However, since people love Thor and thought it would connect to the rest of the MCU, Thor: Love and Thunder made a ton of money at the box office.

With everything not being connected, MCU moviegoers can wait and see if the project connects to something they’re invested in. For example, let’s say you don’t care about Doctor Strange or Wanda Maximoff and you find out Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has nothing to do with a storyline you care about. You can wait until it’s released on Disney Plus to see it.

If you’re not into the characters that aren’t Avengers, then you’ll have no need to watch Moon Knight or Echo. If you only like those shows where the heroes aren’t superpowered gods, then you’re free to not worry about going to the movies. Everything can wait until it comes to Disney Plus.
