She-Hulk cast: Who plays She-Hulk in the Disney Plus show?

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law is nearly upon us and now you can meet the star behind the Jade Giantess. 

Marvel Studios expands on its Hulk presence this year as She-Hulk: Attorney At Law arrives on Disney Plus on August 18. The third of Marvel’s Disney Plus shows this year, it will introduce the Marvel Cinematic Universe to the beloved Jennifer Walters.

After coming into contact with the blood of her cousin, Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo), Jennifer will evolve into the Jade Giantess She-Hulk. She will still seek to practice law, representing Emil Blonksy, a.k.a. The Abomination, (Tim Roth) in the courtroom while also battling the likes of Titania (Jameela Jamil) at the same time.

How does she do it? We don’t quite know, but She-Hulk: Attorney At Law will certainly give us an idea of how. And it will also introduce us to the woman bringing this incredible Hulk to life. On that note, just who is playing Jennifer in the MCU series?

Who plays She-Hulk in the MCU?

The actress playing She-Hulk is Tatiana Maslany. Best known for her Emmy-winning performance in Orphan Black, Maslany has also appeared in the likes of Heartland, The Nativity, Being Erica, and Perry Mason. On the film side of things, she has appeared in The Vow, Picture Day, Cas and Dylan, The Other Half, and Stronger.

Reports initially revealed that she had been cast in Disney Plus’ She-Hulk in September 2020, but the star denied those reports in an interview. However, the news was subsequently confirmed by Marvel Studios just a few months later.

The Disney Plus show has been a long time coming, so it goes without saying that fans are excited to see Maslany bring Jennifer Walters to life. And from what we’ve already seen in the trailers, she’s going to be nothing short of, well, incredible.
