She-Hulk spoilers: Is Charlie Cox’s Daredevil in She-Hulk episode 1?

Charlie Cox will reprise his role as Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but does his return as Matt Murdock occur in She-Hulk episode 1?
From the moment Marvel debuted the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law San Diego Comic-Con trailer back in July, all fans have been able to think about has been the fact that the show will finally bring with it the return of one of Marvel’s most beloved actors and characters.
We’re, of course, referring to Charlie Cox who played Matt Murdock aka Daredevil across three seasons of Daredevil before Netflix canceled the series after three seasons when its relationship with Marvel fizzled out. With the show’s untimely end, fans had thought they’d seen the last of Cox as Matt Murdock but that all changed when the character made a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
While No Way Home served as Cox’s official return to the MCU as Matt Murdock, we never got to see him suit back up as Daredevil in the film but that will change in She-Hulk, As the SDCC trailer teased, we’ll not only be seeing Cox return as Matt Murdock but as Daredevil — new costume and all!
So onto the burning question that led you here today: Did Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil come in the season premiere of She-Hulk?

Is Daredevil in She-Hulk episode 1?
The wait for Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil shall continue for another week as Daredevil does not make an appearance in the first episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
Although Daredevil did not make an appearance in the season premiere of She-Hulk, we do know the character will make his return to the MCU at some point this season. Given how heavily promoted his return has been, we imagine fans will be counting down the weeks until Charlie Cox returns as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen.
It’s going to be interesting to see when Cox’s first appearance in She-Hulk ends up being. Considering how hyped up his role in the series has been, we’d be shocked if the show waited until the final episode to bring him into the fold.
