How does She-Hulk get her name? The second episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law provides us with the answer and it’s not what you might be expecting.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 2 has arrived on Disney Plus and managed to quickly push ahead the series after the world learned the truth about Jen’s superhuman abilities.
With the cat let out of the bag after Jen hulked out and saved those in the courtroom from Titania’s attack, Jen suddenly finds herself at the heart of a media storm. Suddenly, all eyes are on her and every news outlet is covering the story.
As reporters swarm the courthouse to get the scoop on this new hero, the show’s title character gets her official hero name in the most unexpected of ways.
How does She-Hulk get her name in the MCU?
After Jen saved the day at the courthouse and revealed her alter ego, reporters take to the steps of the courthouse to speak to the witnesses who saw the action unfold.
During an interview, one random guy refers to Jen as a “lady Hulk” in recollecting the events he witnessed which is when the reporter dubs Jen the “She-Hulk” before throwing things back to his colleagues in the studio. The name ends up sticking and, soon, everyone is calling Jen the She-Hulk — much to her displeasure.
It was definitely an unexpected way for Jen to get her hero name, but definitely a fun way of quickly explaining how Jen gets her superhero name in the show!
