Stargirl season 3 makes its presence felt on Wednesday nights this fall, and here is everything you need to know about episode 2 “Frenemies – Chapter Two: The Suspects”.
The Star-Spangled Girl is back on The CW. After almost a year off screens, Courtney Whitmore and the Justice Society of America are back in Stargirl season 3.
The season opened on Wednesday, August 31, kicking off The CW’s fall line-up with an action-packed premiere that also set the stage for the season’s primary storyline. And that has no doubt left fans intrigued for what’s coming next in the season.
A murder has taken place in Blue Valley and the Justice Society of America want answers. Their first stop in that investigation will be to figure out who is responsible.

Stargirl season 3 episode 2 release date
Stargirl season 3, episode 2 will air on The CW on Wednesday, September 7, at 8:00 p.m. ET. It comes after its season premiere the week before kicked off the fall schedule, and will remain the network’s only fall show until October.

We know that this season, the DC TV series will be exploring a murder mystery, and it’s clear that the second episode of Stargirl season 3 will take the all-important first step to solving that murder by looking at the primary suspects.
Here’s the official synopsis released by The CW:
"A MURDER MYSTERY IN BLUE VALLEY — After stumbling upon a suspicious murder in Blue Valley, the JSA begin looking at potential suspects. A tense run-in with The Shade (guest star Jonathan Cake) makes Courtney (Brec Bassinger) and Pat (Luke Wilson) realize that Sylvester’s (Joel McHale) old ways could land them in hot water. Finally, Barbara (Amy Smart) steps in to help Paula (Joy Osmanski), whose attempt at fitting in has not gone so well."

The CW officially released the promo trailer for the second episode of Stargirl season 3 after the premiere aired on screens. Just as its title suggested, the JSA are set to begin the investigation into the murder in Blue Valley and the first step is looking at potential suspects.
