Daredevil: 6 Marvel Comics to read if you love the Man Without Fear
By Mark Lynch
What are some of Daredevil’s more current and iconic Marvel Comic stories to check out? These six are a great place to start.
Daredevil’s return to screens when he made his official debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Spider-Man: No Way Home. That gave MCU fans hope that the Man Without Fear would have a future with Marvel Studios. Then he was rumored to be in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, subsequently appearing in trailers for the show – suiting up in his original yellow and red costume from the comic books.
Then, more exciting news came out during the 2022 San Diego Comic-Con when Marvel announced that a series called Daredevil: Born Again would officially bring Matt Murdock/Daredevil back to the MCU, with Charlie Cox reprising the role.
It makes sense that Matt Murdock and his alter ego would get their own show on Disney Plus. Especially since the Netflix program was so beloved. The show was hard hitting, the story was fantastic, and it highlighted everything that made the Man Without Fear great.
Now that he’s officially coming back and will appear in She-Hulk soon, it’s the perfect time to read some of the Marvel Comics he’s appeared in. These six stories are a great place to begin. Some of them are stories that star him. Others will involve him, but he won’t be the star. Either way, they’ll help you learn more about the Hell’s Kitchen’s protector.
