Darkseid’s rampage

Even though Apokolips was destroyed in DCeased issue No. 1, Darkseid survived. However, despite being one of the strongest beings in any universe, he couldn’t fight the Anti-Life Equation. He had the same need to kill that anyone else infected did. His first stop was the home of the New Gods, New Genesis. Darkseid either killed or turned the gods. Now he has an army that seems to be unstoppable.

Their next stop was Sinestro’s home planet Korugar. Sinestro and the Yellow Lantern Corps tried to defeat Darkseid and the new gods, but failed. In the end, some of them were killed and Supergirl (who’s also been turned) infected the Yellow Lanterns’ supercomputer, Warworld. That’s not the worst part. After Sinestro died, his ring found its way to Darkseid. Now, the scariest being in DC Comics is in possession of a weapon powered by fear. The last thing seen in the comic is Darkseid saying, “Everything fears the end of life.” If this is true, there isn’t a being in the world that can beat him.
