Black Adam arrived this October and finally got the chance to make waves in the DC Extended Universe as DC’s latest blockbuster release.

After years in development, the film opened in theaters on Oct. 21 worldwide allowing fans to see Dwayne Johnson make his superhero debut and to see if the character truly does change the hierarchy of the DCEU as Johnson has promised it will do for the past year while promoting the film.

While Black Adam was not available to stream upon its original launch in theaters, the DC Comics movie is coming to HBO Max this December! Those hoping to stream the film at home will be able to do so beginning on Dec. 16 when the film drops via HBO Max.
