This Wednesday, a new episode of DC’s Stargirl season 3 airs on The CW. The show kicked off a special two-parter last week, and now it’s back with the second installment in the season’s eighth overall episode.
Last week’s episode of Stargirl brought back two fan-favorite characters just as the Justice Society of America was attempting to find out who was watching everyone in Blue Valley. But these returns came with the promise of a different adventure, and that’s an adventure that Courtney Whitmore and Pat Dugan found themselves pulled into when The Shade quite literally pulled them into the shadows.
It turns out that his powers are entangled with Green Lantern’s daughter, Jennie Lynn-Haden, and her ring’s powers. But, even more pressingly than that, Jennie’s long-lost brother Todd, a.k.a. Obsidian, was being experimented on at the Helix Institute for Youth Rehabilitation by Mister Bones. But was it to protect the world or keep him imprisoned?
With Pat and The Shade now trapped in the Shadowlands, can Courtney and Jennie get to the bottom of what’s happening and save them all?
