Spider-Man: Caleb McLaughlin stuns as Miles Morales in jaw-dropping

Fans are hoping to see Miles Morales debut in the MCU in Spider-Man 4 and now we have been given the chance to see Caleb McLaughlin in the role.

As fans await official confirmation of the fourth Spider-Man film from Marvel and Sony, rumors continue to run rampant as to which characters might make an appearance in the film. With each new casting rumor has come speculation as to whether Miles Morales might finally make his MCU debut when the time comes for the next Spider-Man film to arrive.

Fans have anxiously been awaiting the chance to see the beloved Marvel character make his live-action debut, leading to plenty of speculation as to who Marvel might tap to play the role. Among the many actors capturing Marvel fans’ attention has been Stranger Things actor Caleb McLaughlin.

As Stranger Things fans know, he’d definitely be perfect for the role and would bring the perfect mix of charisma and confidence to the role — two characteristics long associated with Miles in the comics. While nothing has been announced and there’s no word as to if, let alone when Miles might debut on the big screen, we now have an idea of what McLaughlin might look like in the role thanks to some help from some incredible new artwork!

What Caleb McLaughlin could look like as Miles Morales in the MCU

The character of Miles Morales first made his cinematic debut in 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse with actor Shameik Moore lending his voice in Sony’s Oscar-winning animated film. With his popularity rising, it’s only a matter of time before he finally makes it to the big screen and McLaughlin would absolutely be a perfect fit.

Digital artist death.steak_art, who has made headlines with his high-end concept art, took to Instagram to offer fans a glimpse of what Caleb McLaughlin might look like should tab him to bring Miles Morales to life on the big screen.

In the incredible fan edit, McLaughlin suits up in Miles’ iconic black and red Spidey suit. The suit’s details are impeccable and McLaughlin fully embodies the character, making us want to see him cast in the role even more than we already did.

Is Caleb McLaughlin playing Miles Morales in Spider-Man 4?

At this time, neither Marvel nor Sony have announced whether they’ll be bringing the character of Miles Morales into the live-action Spider-Man franchise. As such, it’s unclear who they might cast in the role or whether Caleb McLaughlin might be on their radar.

While Marvel and Sony have remained tight-lipped on their plans for the future of the Spider-Man franchise, McLaughlin seems to be emerging as a favorite to play Miles in a live-action adaptation and it’s definitely possible Morales could be making his debut in Spider-Man 4.

Morales is a character fans want to see in Marvel’s eventual Young Avengers project and introducing him via a Spider-Man film makes perfect sense.
