Wakanda Forever: Is there an after credit scene in Black Panther 2?
By Cody Schultz
We know there is a Black Panther: Wakanda Forever mid-credit scene but is there an after credit scene in Black Panther 2 as well?
If there is one thing Marvel fans have come to expect from Marvel Studios movies, it’s to come to the movie theater prepared to sit through the credits.
Since the early days of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Studios had been gifting fans with bonus scenes after the credits begin rolling. These scenes often are extensions of the film or used to preview what’s to come in an upcoming project. Regardless of their purpose, they’re always a highlight for fans who know to stick around after the movie ends.
As the years have gone by, Marvel has shaken up its approach to the post-credit scenes with most films including a mid-credit and end-credit scene. However, in recent years, the studio has become a bit more unpredictable with some films only including one scene and others including two.
It’s since been spoiled online that there is a mid-credit scene in Wakanda Forever, but should fans also be sticking around for an end-credit scene as well?
How many end credits in Black Panther 2?
While Marvel is known to include more than one scene after the credits begin rolling, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever only includes a mid-credits scene. As such, there are no end credits scenes in Black Panther 2. Instead of bringing moviegoers another post-credits scene at the end of the movie, we instead are only treated to the promise that Black Panther will return before the lights in the theater come back on.
Does Wakanda Forever have end credits?
Although many Marvel Studios movies do include an end credits scene, there is no end credits scene in Wakanda Forever. After the mid-credit scene with Shuri and Nakia concludes, the credits air without any other interruption or bonus footage to enjoy. So if you’d like to leave the theater after watching the mid-credit scene you can do so without missing any additional footage.
After watching the mid-credits scene, do you think Marvel made the right call in not also including any after credit scene in Black Panther 2?
