American Horror Story season 11, episodes 9 and 10 live stream: Watch online
By Mark Lynch
The season finale of American Horror Story: NYC is coming. Here’s where you can watch the final two episodes live and online.
American Horror Story did something different this season. Instead of one episode a week, fans received two every week in a little over a month. This was a great idea. Now viewers could get more of the story in less time. Considering that this may have been a more complex season, this experiment could have helped the show survive. It may have been difficult to follow all of the characters and their stories if AHS: NYC came out once a week.
Now, the season finale of American Horror Story is here. There are two more episodes left and a lot to cover. Normally, it’s easy to see what’s going to happen. However, AHS: NYC has done a fantastic job of not giving major plots away until it’s time. While this writer may not know what’s going to happen, here are the things you need to pay attention to.
Expectations for the next American Horror Story: NYC
The last couple of episodes didn’t go like this writer expected. First, Whitely was killed. Normally, something like that doesn’t happen until the season finale. Considering this is American Horror Story, he could come back. Like most ghosts, he has unfinished business. Big Daddy was shot in the head and disappeared. It’s obvious that there’s something supernatural going on with him. Who’s to say the same doesn’t happen for Whitely?
In the trailer above, you can see that something is up with Sam. Since he’s been getting away with so much for so long, it could finally be time for karma to get him. It doesn’t matter if it’s the disease affecting the LGBTQ+ community or his literal ghosts. There’s a reckoning coming for Sam and it won’t be merciful.
Then there’s Gino and Patrick. Their relationship has been rocky the entire season. Both of them have been keeping secrets and it ruined the love they have for each other. It’s doubtful that they stayed together long after their trip to fire island.
It’s not just their relationship. Their professional lives have been affected. Henry said that his people (the mob) have invested in him. That must tie into his paper. Does that mean they expect Gino to write what they want him to? If that’s the case, they’re in for a rude awakening. Gino won’t sacrifice his or the newspaper’s integrity. However, that could mean his death.
Patrick seemingly gave up his job as a detective after killing Whitely and coming out to his coworkers. We don’t know what that means for him going forward. If this writer had to guess, he’ll become a private investigator that specializes in helping people in the LGBTQ+ community.
Fran’s Tarot card readings have been giving everyone the prediction of death. The Death card isn’t always bad. Sometimes it’s the death of something that creates a new beginning. Too bad this is American Horror Story. That means it’s definitely something ominous. Fran was likely giving people a death sentence. More than likely to the disease plaguing gay men in New York.
Lastly, we should finally find out exactly what the disease is that’s been affecting gay men. Dr. Hannah Wells was researching the origin but kept coming up with nothing except ticks from deer. Fran was looking into it with nothing to show for it as well. Viewers can assume this is HIV and AIDS. The big question is how it was created according to the show. Was this something created by the government or will this be supernatural? Hopefully, the answers will make sense according to the show.
