Here are five Marvel Cinematic Universe characters, moments, and shows that fans should be thankful for.

This is the time of year where people give thanks for the things they do and don’t have. Family and health are all major things to be grateful for. On the lower end of things, appreciating shows and movies is something to consider. They help us escape reality when we need some escapism or they put a smile on our face. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has provided fans with both for over a decade.

This year, Marvel Studios gave fans a lot to be thankful for. Take Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness for example. After years of wanting it, the world saw John Krasinski as Reed Richards in a casting that proved to be perfect. As an added bonus, we also saw Hayley Atwell as a live action Captain Carter.

That’s only two examples of what 2022 gave MCU fans. Here are five crucial things Marvel fandom should appreciate.

5. She-Hulk being different

You could ask ten people what they thought of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and you may get ten different answers. Regardless of how you felt about the show, you should be able to respect that it was different for Marvel Studios.

With so many people not liking Marvel’s predictability, a change of pace was nice. Jennifer even mentioned how she didn’t like how obvious the big fight scene was. More importantly, the response good. That proves there’s room for variety in the MCU and on Disney Plus. Now characters like Squirrel Girl can get a comedy series. She may not be overly popular among novice comic book fans, but She-Hulk could have paved the way for her.
