Titans season 4 episode 6 release date: When does the next episode come out?
By Mark Lynch
Titans season 4 is almost at the halfway mark of the season but when will the sixth episode premiere on HBO Max?
The heroes in Titans are a tight knit group. However, adding Jinx into the mix continues to be entertaining. So far, she could be the best part of the show.
Starfire being annoyed by Jinx’s mere presence makes it even better. She’s trying not to be territorial in regards to Dick Grayson, but it’s easy to see that she is. It isn’t just Koriand’r. Jinx is rubbing Conner the wrong way. She mentioned that Superman has a “brown thumb” when it comes to magic. This offended Conner. Too bad it’s true in the comics and may be here as well.
While fighting Zombie Deathstroke, Conner is stabbed. Maybe Deathstroke being controlled by Mother Mayhem’s magic is the reason why the knife made Conner bleed. He should have realized the first time he fought Mother Mayhem that he has a weakness to magic. Or he could have listened to Jinx when she was trying to warn him of a potential debility. But his hubris or denial kept him from realizing something that he probably already knew.
Beyond the silliness with Jinx, the prophecy is the most important part of episode 4. While under Super Super Mart, the Titans find a children’s book. In it are depictions of the Titans, specifically Starfire and Sebastian Sanger – two people that could be the key to the destruction or protection of the world. It also shows an image of what could be the Titans dead. Of course, Dick Grayson is having none of that.
Despite everything that Dick has seen while being a hero, he chooses to not believe in prophecy. Living and working with Batman will lead anyone to believe they can control their destiny. Despite seeing things like aliens, magic wielders, and gods, Dick refuses to give into things he doesn’t understand. Unfortunately, that isn’t up for him to decide. We’ll have to wait and see if he budges on this topic.
Will Titans debut Brother Blood?
The titles for Titans episodes can usually give viewers an idea of what they can expect in the episode. For example, the first episode of season 4 was titled “Lex Luthor” – that’s where the billionaire genius debuted (and was killed). Episode 6 is titled “Brother Blood” and should finally debut the DC character in full.
Not only is the episode called “Brother Blood” it’s the halfway point of the season. Normally, this is where a show will reveal something big. In this case, the newest antagonist or villain. Plus, with this also being where Titans season 4 takes its extended break, ending here will get fans invested in the season and excited for its return.
