The Walking Dead season 11 is finally coming to Netflix and fans can’t wait to watch it. Here’s when they can expect it to arrive.

For fans of The Walking Dead who didn’t watch the eleventh and final season on AMC or AMC+, the wait to see how their favorite show ends may have been a long one. After all, that final season aired across a year-long period, kicking off in August 2021 and concluding in November 2022.

That wait is almost over, as Netflix have confirmed that The Walking Dead season 11 will make its way to the streamer in the US in the first week of 2023, ensuring that its Netflix audience can binge the final season over the coming weekend. And here’s exactly when you can expect it!

When does The Walking Dead season 11 come out on Netflix?

The Walking Dead season 11 will arrive on Netflix in the US on Friday, January 6, at 12:00 a.m. PT for those on the West Coast, 3:00 a.m. ET for those on the East Coast, and 2:00 a.m. CT for those in the Central time zone.

All 24 episodes will be instantly available to watch, meaning that if you haven’t seen them already, you’ll be able to dive right into them and binge your way right through to the end of the series.

As for why there are so many episodes, AMC decided to make the show’s final season a bumper-length one. As a result, it was split into three parts of eight episodes to ensure those watching on TV could make the most of it. That is also the reason that there was such an extensive wait for its streaming debut, as the final season couldn’t be added to Netflix until its run had been completed.
