There’s never a dull moment in Central City, and there certainly wasn’t in the season 9 premiere. Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen were eager for their loving bubble away from the rest of the world to carry on for longer, but they didn’t expect that to turn into an endless time loop.
That time loop adventure saw them confront a new Captain Boomerang, new opportunities, and their fears over what the future would look like.
It was an eventful premiere and it seems like we’re in for an eventful final season. If you’re excited to see what’s coming next from the Arrowverse series, then you’ll be thrilled to know that The CW has released a brand new trailer for the next episode. Watch it below:

The episode, titled “Hear No Evil“, will seemingly add more depth to the mystery speedster we met at the end of the premiere, as the Red Death will loom over Central City and insist that there are no failures. Will the evil speedster clash with Captain Boomerang, or is there somebody else that will find themselves on the wrong end of a red lightning bolt?
Meanwhile, Barry will be conflicted over his recent actions in regards to Caitlin, while Chillbaine will attempt to make things right with a plan that raises more than a few eyebrows on Team Flash. Elsewhere, Joe and Cecile will have an important conversation – and after the most recent episode, that sounds like it could be one you don’t want to miss.
