Philadelphia Eagles – Nick Fury
The Philadelphia Eagles’ fans take the word fanatic to a new level. How? Well, they’ve thrown snowballs at Santa (who does that?). Cheered as Michael Irving had a career-ending injury on their field. And thrown batteries at players. During the Super Bowl when the Eagles beat the Patriots, they greased lamp posts to prevent people from climbing them. They’d need someone with this same level of…emotion. Someone who just doesn’t care.
Nick Fury has a job to do and will complete it by any means necessary. It doesn’t bother him if he’s not liked. In fact, it makes his life easier. Not having to worry about someone’s feelings removes a weight off of Fury’s shoulders. He doesn’t have the time. He’s too busy saving the world. You don’t have to like Eagles fans. Even if you did, it doesn’t matter to them. Gotta respect that. I’d pay good money to see Fury throw snowballs at Santa Claus.
Let’s look at something else. The Eagles took down the Patriots. They had a game plan and defeated a team no one thought they could beat. Nick Fury could put together a plan like that. Ask anyone who’s seen the kind of things he’s done. Fury specializes in the impossible.
