The Flash Super Bowl trailer release time (where you live)
The Flash movie will debut its brand new trailer for all the world to see at the Super Bowl LVII. What time can DC fans expect to see it?
Almost a decade after its announcement, the marketing train for The Flash movie will finally begin. The DCEU movie was initially confirmed back in 2014, just after The CW’s TV series of the same name premiered, and now it is set to release this summer, weeks after the series will conclude its lengthy run.
Ezra Miller is the DCEU’s Scarlet Speedster, reprising their role from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad, and Justice League (not to mention the far superior “Snyder Cut” of that film). Joining them is Michael Keaton’s Batman, Ben Affleck’s Batman, and Sasha Calle’s Supergirl in what could very well be the movie that paves the way forward for the new DC Universe, being the reset button that James Gunn and Peter Safran need to reboot the DCU.
It’s been in development since the early days of the DCEU, but a number of development issues (and the departures of multiple directors) prevented it from moving into production for some time. Now it’s the movie that could officially end one shared universe, and start another.
The first poster for the movie was released on Friday and its trailer is coming at the Super Bowl LVII this weekend. If you’re planning on checking it out, here’s when you can expect it in your area.
The Flash trailer release time
The new trailer for The Flash movie will air during the 57th-annual Super Bowl on Sunday, February 12 2023. It will then be released online so that fans all over the world can see a sneak peek of the upcoming film.
While DC Studios has yet to confirm which quarter the movie’s trailer will debut during, we do know that Fox’s coverage of the game will start at 6:30 p.m. ET, airing right through until 10:00 p.m. ET. We know that The Flash trailer will premiere on TV screens sometime during that window of time.
However, there are now rumors that it will premiere before the Super Bowl game begins, so to be on the safe side, here’s when you should start tuning in (regardless of whether you’re watching from the United States or an international fan eagerly awaiting its debut) to anticipate the trailer.
