When do the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 tickets go on sale?

We’re a few months out from the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but with more trailers and other promotion coming out, fans are wondering when they can order their movie tickets.

2022 was a great year for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and 2023 is going to be yet another one for the books. Not only do we have popular Disney+ shows like Loki returning this year, but we’ll be getting huge blockbusters in the MCU such as Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, The Marvels, and of course, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The third film in the James Gunn series heads to theaters this May and it’ll no doubt be another hit.

If you’re marking all the big releases you’re excited about this year on your calendar and want to know when you can actually buy tickets to go see them in the theater, you’re in the right place. It’s important to get good seats at your preferred time so you can watch as soon as you can and not miss a minute of this year’s biggest movie moments.

As for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the movie might not be out until this spring, but we’ve already gotten the first trailer — and another is expected to drop during the Super Bowl on February 12 — so we don’t blame you for wanting to be proactive.

When to buy Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 movie theater tickets

As with most big blockbusters like Marvel movies, we can expect tickets for the next Guardians of the Galaxy installment to go on sale about one month ahead of the premiere date. That means we’ll most likely be able to start buying tickets on April 5, 2023, given Guardians 3 comes out on May 5, 2023.

Of course, this is just our prediction based on previous movie ticket sales, and it’s entirely impossible Guardians 3 tickets could go on sale even sooner than April 5. We’re expecting the timeframe to be early April, but we’ll keep you updated if that changes.
