How can you watch the second episode of Gotham Knights online? What happened in the previous episode? Find out right here. 

The series premiere of Gotham Knights was exactly what you’d expect. First, the newest CW DC Comics show introduced all of the main characters. Among them is Bruce’s adopted son Turner Hayes who is being framed for funding Batman’s death. Harper and Cullen Row, and Duela are accused of the actual murder.

Of course, things go deeper than just a simple murder. It appears that the Court of Owls are behind it all.

"“Beware The Court of Owls, that watches all the time, ruling Gotham from a shadowed perch, behind granite and lime. They watch you at your hearth, they watch you in your bed, speak not a whispered word of them, or they’ll send the Talon for your head.”"

The Court of Owls is a society that people believe is nothing more than a fairy tale told to children. In actuality,  they watch Gotham from the shadows. And, if they want you dead, they’ll send the Talon to take your head. That’s not just a clever rhyme. It’s meant literally. The viewers know that they’re behind it, but Harvey Dent doesn’t. The episode concludes with Harvey saying that Turner Hayes, the Rose siblings, Duela, anyone who helps them will be brought to Justice.

The pilot was a good start to the show. It’s easy to see the good that could come out of it. Harper Row, Duela, and Harvey Dent shine and will likely be the ones that carry the show. Turner Hayes’ character leaves a lot to be desired, but it’s only the first episode. He can get better.
