Season 1 of The Last of Us is over. If you’re a fan of the video game, you couldn’t have been happier.
The creative team stuck close to the source material. Viewers new to the franchise had a different experience. They may not have known what was going on. This is definitely an advantage they had over those of us familiar with the game. However, there were more than a few changes to the show. For example, the video game didn’t feature Ellie’s mother. Something that will likely change in the third installment of PlayStation’s The Last of Us.
Another great thing about The Last of Us is the cast. The film crew did a fantastic job bringing them together. Everyone from the top star to the infected helped make this show close to perfect.
