Movies on Disney Plus: X-Men: Days of Future Past

X-Men on the list again! Directed by Bryan Singer, Days of Future Past is an epic Marvel movie that brings together the old and new generations of mutants in an awesome time-travel adventure. It marks the seventh entry in the X-Men series and is one of the highest-rated of the bunch.

That’s because of its star-studded cast and entertaining storyline. In an attempt to change the course of history, the X-Men send Wolverine back in time to the 1970s in Days of Future Past, so he can try to prevent a pivotal event that triggers the anti-mutant movement.

Apart from all the action, Days of Future Past also features emotional moments, exploring the complex relationship between Professor Xavier and Magneto, as well as the sacrifices and choices the mutants are forced to make. It’s an overall great movie worth watching!

Movies on Disney Plus: Thor: Ragnarok

Without a doubt, Thor: Ragnarok is the best Thor movie. The 2017 MCU installment was directed by Taika Waititi and finally brings humor into the series in an organic way that really works. The film follows Thor as he escapes the planet Sakaar to save his home of Asgard, which is at risk of destruction because of the prophecy of Ragnarok.

The movie is full of witty and unexpected one-liners and hilarious character interactions. The banter between Thor and Loki is particularly entertaining, as their complicated sibling dynamic is explored in a humorous yet heartfelt way. Beyond all the laughs, there are also awesome action sequences throughout Thor 3. Plus, we get to meet new characters like the fan-favorite Valkyrie.

It’s easy to understand why people love Thor: Ragnarok so much.
