Emma Stone is known for her versatile acting skills and range of performances in various genres of film. One of her notable achievements is her experience in comic book films, having starred in movies like The Amazing Spider-Man and Birdman. This experience makes her a prime candidate to take on the role of Mera if DC decides to recast the role.

Mera is an iconic character in the DC Universe, known for her fierce determination and powerful abilities as the queen of Atlantis. Emma Stone has shown her ability to embody strong and complex female characters in her previous roles, making her a natural fit for the role of Mera.

Her star power and box office appeal would also be a great asset to the DC Extended Universe. Her presence in the franchise would undoubtedly draw in audiences and contribute to the overall success of the films. Plus, her time as Gwen Stacy was far too short and it’s time we get to see her back in a superhero franchise once again.

Fans of the DC Universe would undoubtedly be excited to see Stone bring her talent to the franchise and breathe new life into the character of Mera. Marvel’s loss could prove to be DC’s gain, and the true winner would be the fans!
