With a reset coming to DC, we can only hope Ezra Miller will be among those replaced and AI has a perfect pick for who should replace them.

When it comes to the future of the DC Extended Universe, the DCEU as we know it will soon be coming to an end as James Gunn and Peter Safran look to launch a brand new connected DC Universe. With the DCEU coming to a close, many of the actors and actresses who have brought DC’s slate of heroes to live on the big screen are being shown to the door as DC looks to begin its rebuilding.

While the futures of stars such as Henry Cavill and Dwayne Johnson have already been confirmed, there are still a number of uncertainties surrounding the future of other cast members’ time in the DCU. Among those whose future currently remains up in the air is The Flash star Ezra Miller.

Miller is next slated to appear as Barry Allen as The Flash in this summer’s Flash movie which will adapt the Flashpoint storyline but beyond that, there is no word on whether they’ll be coming back… and honestly, we’re sort of hoping DC does consider recasting the role.

Although Miller has done a fine job of capturing the essence of Barry Allen on the big screen, their time as The Flash has been plagued with controversy after controversy. All of these controversies have negatively distracted us from the stories DC has hoped to tell on the big screen which is why it might be best for Gunn and Safran to part ways with Miller once The Flash hits theaters this summer.

AI wants Dylan O’Brien to replace Ezra Miller as The Flash

There are a lot of amazing actors who DC should consider when and if the time comes to cast a new Flash in the DC Universe. However, we decided to have some fun and ask ChatGPT’s AI who it believes would be the best actor for the job.

To cast as wide of a net as possible, we did not make any restrictions aside from asking AI to choose an actor who has never played the role before. Its answer? An actor who many fans would agree would be a perfect actor to play the character:

"I would highly recommend Dylan O’Brien as the perfect actor to play The Flash in a DC movie. Known for his dynamic and charming performances in films like Maze Runner and Love and Monsters, O’Brien has the range and charisma to bring the iconic DC character to life on the big screen. With his youthful energy and natural wit, he would be able to capture the humor and heart that make The Flash such a beloved hero in the DC universe. So if DC were looking for a fresh face to take on the role of the Scarlet Speedster, Dylan O’Brien would be an excellent choice."

Honestly, AI definitely made an amazing selection in picking Dylan O’Brien as he’s someone many fans have expressed an interest in seeing play the Scarlet Speedster on the big screen.

O’Brien is known for his charisma and humor and has the natural ability to bring the beloved superhero to life on the big screen. With his energy and quick wit, he would be able to capture the character’s trademark humor and quirky personality, which has endeared him to fans for decades.

Additionally, O’Brien has proven himself capable of handling physically demanding roles, which is essential for a character like The Flash who relies on his superhuman speed and agility. His performances in action-packed films like Maze Runner demonstrate his ability to handle intense and fast-paced scenes, making him an ideal choice for the role.

It’s honestly shocking O’Brien hasn’t appeared in a superhero franchise as he’s got all the makings to make him a breakout in the genre. Perhaps a role in the new DCU could be the opportunity for fans to finally get to see O’Brien in a superhero film!
