4. The Gifted

The Gifted was a thrilling series that followed the story of a group of mutants who were fighting for their right to coexist peacefully with humanity. Set in a world where mutants were treated with suspicion and fear, the show tackled timely issues such as discrimination, intolerance, and abuse of power.

The series featured a diverse range of mutant characters, each with their unique powers and backstories. These characters were complex, flawed, and relatable, which made them all the more endearing to viewers. Throughout the show’s run, audiences watched as the characters struggled to come to terms with their abilities, confront their past traumas, and fight for their rights.

Despite its well-crafted storyline and talented cast, FOX made the unfortunate decision to cancel the show after just two seasons. The Gifted‘s cancellation came as a huge disappointment to fans, who had invested time and emotion into the show. With so much more story to tell, it’s a shame that FOX didn’t give the series a chance to continue as season 2 was even stronger than season 1 and the show’s momentum had only just begun when FOX pulled the plug.

It’s a shame that FOX canceled the series prematurely, as it had the potential to tell so many more captivating stories. Still, The Gifted was a remarkable show that tackled important issues and showcased a diverse range of characters and remains a beloved part of the X-Men universe.
