Sinister finds out he lost

Marvel comic: Sins of Sinister Dominion

Nathaniel Essex (Mr. Sinister) had a plan to take over the world. It started with adding his DNA to all of the mutants who were resurrected. It was a smart idea until he realized his biggest personality trait is betrayal and was handed down to his new X-Men. This causes a horrible future throughout the universe and leaves him with a target on his head for over one thousand years.

Sinister’s backup plan was to leave a memory for himself in a Moira clone. So when she died, the universe would restart and he’d have the memory. Unfortunately, someone beat him to it. According to Essex, it’s a different Sinister that’s worse than him. Despite telling the truth, the Quiet Council didn’t believe him. Sinister was exiled to the Pit screaming all the way.

It didn’t end there. Charles Xavier says, until they can be certain that Sinister’s genes are clear from them, he, Emma Frost, Exodus, and Hope Summers can’t be trusted. Krakoa wraps their vines around the four mutants and drags them to The Pit. They were the four that ruled the universe during Sins of Sinister. It only makes sense. That they’d be the ones taken away. Fans can expect them to return before or during the 2023 Hellfire Gala.
