Best Chris Pratt Marvel movies and shows

Chris Pratt is one of the biggest movie stars in the world right now. Thanks to box office success in Guardians of the Galaxy movies, Avengers movies, and the MCU, the Jurassic World franchise, and animated hits like The Lego Movie franchise and Super Mario Bros. Movie, Pratt is one of the highest-grossing actors of all time. With the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 premiered on May 5, 2023, we ranked all five of the Chris Pratt Marvel movies and shows from worst to best.

For the purpose of this exercise, we only included the four Marvel movies and shows that Pratt has a major role. Pratt has appeared in six Marvel movies so far, so we didn’t count two of the movies as part of the ranking because Pratt only had limited roles in those movies.

Here is the list of Chris Pratt’s Marvel movies:

  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1 (2014)
  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)
  • Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
  • Avengers: Endgame (2019)
  • Thor: Love and Thunder (2022)
  • The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (2022)
  • Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2023)

In my opinion, Avengers: Endgame would be the best movie on this list. There’s almost no debate about that. Thor: Love and Thunder would rank pretty high, as well, but the kicker is Pratt only plays Star-Lord for a minimal amount of time in Endgame and Love and Thunder. Yes, he’s there for the most crucial scene in the MCU to date after the Avengers are able to reverse the Blip and take on Thanos. I just don’t think I can rank this movie higher than the others when Pratt had such a limited role in the film.

In Avengers: Endgame, Star-Lord is only in the movie for three minutes of screen time, according to BeastStats, and he’s only in Thor: Love and Thunder for eight minutes. It’s enough to make an impact, but it’s such a small part compared to the other four Marvel movies and shows that Pratt starred in.

Let’s get the list started with Pratt’s worst Marvel appearance so far, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.
