Marvel’s Jessica Jones is the second official Marvel Netflix show. It premiered in 2015 after Marvel’s Daredevil, and it tells the story of Jessica Jones, played by Krysten Ritter.

Jessica Jones is an individual with superpowers working as a private investigator in New York City. Jessica was used to kill another person by Kilgrave (David Tennant), another person with powers who can make people do anything he wants them to. Kilgrave returns to Jessica’s life, and things begin to unravel. Jessica does everything she can to stop him.

The first season of Jessica Jones is one of the best seasons of the Marvel Netflix shows. David Tennant is an incredible villain. It definitely showed a different side of the MCU than we’d ever seen before, and Ritter did an excellent job as Jessica Jones. The later seasons suffered a little bit, but it’s still an excellent binge-watch for Marvel fans.

There are plenty of rumors that Ritter is returning as Jessica Jones in Daredevil: Born Again, but so far, nothing has been confirmed.
