Cole Sprouse

If you are a Disney Channel fan, you might know who Cole Sprouse is thanks to The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. And if you are a fan of The CW, then you know him from his role as Jughead Jones on Riverdale. Either of these roles are a great hint at the potential that he has in terms of portraying a DC Universe hero.

He has a presence on screen that is actually reminiscent of Booster Gold. It really seems like he has what it takes to be a younger version of the superhero. This means that he could easily be the showboating hero who uses his knowledge from the future to make a name for himself. And at the same time, thanks to Riverdale, we also know that he can be a more serious and mature character as well.

While Sprouse is no longer a blonde, both because of age and dying his hair for the role of Jughead, we can still see him rocking the golden blonde locks and wearing his black and gold spandex as Booster Gold. And he does have what it takes to be a scene stealer, which is what we want from this particular superhero.

We need a versatile actor and that’s what he is. And at 30 years old, he is actually a great age because he can both grow with the role and give us a level of maturity needed for the character. Plus, he has already brought an iconic comic book character to life once, so why not a superhero?
