Nancy Drew

2022 was a whirlwind of a year for Nancy Drew fans. Their beloved show had been “on-the-bubble” in terms of renewals before, but the fact that it was on The CW always made that renewal likely. Inevitable, even. And in the end, it happened again – with the show becoming one of the lucky few TV shows to score a renewal ahead of the network’s mass cancellation last year.

Unfortunately, six months later it was announced that the show’s upcoming fourth season would indeed be its last, meaning that Nancy, Bess, George, Nick, and Ace are gearing up to solve their final on-screen mysteries.

Nancy Drew is one of the most quietly consistent TV shows on network television you will find, and it’s a darn shame that it won’t get the chance to go on for as long as it deserves. Nevertheless, we’re excited to see how Nancy’s journey concludes when season 4 premieres on The CW.

After Temperance Hudson placed a curse on Ace, revealing that his life would end if he and Nancy ever acted on their feelings for each other, can Nancy find a way to undo it? Will “Nace” finally end up together?

Find out when Nancy Drew season 4 arrives. The show returns to The CW on May 31, 2023.
