25. Mia Smoak

Introduced in the seventh season of Arrow, Mia Smoak (also known as Mia Queen) is the daughter of Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak. Not only is she Felicity’s first child and Oliver’s second, but she is also perhaps the best of both of her parents.

We mostly get to see Mia with the help of flash forwards, which certainly limited our chance to really get to know this character. However, even with a more limited amount of appearances, this is a character who made an impression (which makes sense considering who her parents are).

Mia Smoak is a skilled archer, trained in the martial arts, with a big heart and the kind of grit and determination that only comes from having parents who are truly heroic in their own right. While you may not want to be on her bad side, she is definitely the kind of person you would want to offer you support.

Even in a short amount of time, we got a chance to see the sheer potential this character has. And even when the Arrowverse continued on without Arrow, we got the chance to see even more of Mia on The Flash. It’s just a shame that The CW didn’t pick Green Arrow and the Canaries up as it would have been an amazing thing since there is so much to her story than we have seen so far.
