4. Kang the Conqueror (Loki, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania)

Just when you thought Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly were the uncontested scene stealers of the Ant-Man series, Kang crashes the party in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

While we first caught wind of this time-traveling, genius titan through He Who Remains in Loki, it’s in Quantumania that we meet the infamous Kang the Conqueror.

And does he conquer or what?

Played with wicked relish by Jonathan Majors, Kang hijacks the show from our beloved heroes, proving that this villain is no mere insect to be swatted away. Plotting and planning in the labyrinthine Quantum Realm, Kang, the exiled conqueror, is itching to run riot across the multiverse’s myriad possibilities.

In this first amazing encounter with Kang, Quantumania whispers promises of even more versions of our new Big Bad, sparking a giddy curiosity. What other Kangs might be lurking in the temporal shadows? There is no telling what the future holds for Kang, but with the villain set to play a key role in the upcoming phases of the MCU, there is a strong chance he could soon rival another iconic villain on this list who gave the Avengers quite the run for their money.
