6. Maya Hawke

When it comes to actresses who could play the character of Rogue, we have to consider the fact that in previous movies (prior to the X-Men being able to join the MCU), we already had an actress (Anna Pacquin) who did an amazing job. But if ever there was an actress who could step up to the plate and make the character her own, Maya Hawke would definitely be in contention.

Thanks to her role in Stranger Things, we already know that she can handle being surrounded by the strange and unusual. And we also know that in her portrayal of a teenager, she is able to bring the sass and attitude we want to see on our screens.

In terms of potential insecurities, it definitely feels like Hawke can handle both the sassiness of teenage years and the insecurity of it all. Plus, thanks to her role in the Fear Street trilogy of movies on Netflix, we also got to see how she can handle being part of an ensemble film.

Maya Hawke has already been a scene stealer in both Stranger Things and Fear Street, which means that she could definitely draw our eyes as part of the X-Men. Plus, we can totally see her bringing something special to the character since she seems to embrace each role she takes with a refreshing amount of enthusiasm.
