1. Brec Bassinger

After leading a group of young heroes as Stargirl, it just makes sense that Brec Bassinger has what it takes to be a member of the X-Men. Not only has she already shown us that she can handle the marvelous world of comic book heroes, but she has done it in a way that really reminds us of Rogue from the movies, but with the added bonus of a bit more confidence in herself.

As Rogue, we can see Bassinger bringing vulnerability to the part, while also adding maturity and self-confidence to the heroine. Considering Rogue is known for her ability to withstand physical trauma and poisoning, as well as her strength and ability to fly. These gifts are something that Brec Bassinger could easily showcase because, in a lot of ways, her turn as Stargirl let us see what she could do with powers.

At 24 years old, Bassinger could easily grow with the role over the years. Plus, she has already proven that she can be a leader, while also taking direction from others in a group. The actress is definitely believable in a role that is powerful and vulnerable.

We can see her portraying a more mature and jaded superhero, as well as one who is a bit more fresh-faced and innocent. No matter which version of Rogue the MCU chooses to work with, it just feels like Brec Bassinger could step into that role and make it her own.

Ultimately, the fact that Bassinger has already been a part of a superhero series is a point in her favor when it comes to taking on the mantle of another hero in a very different comic book property.
