2. Batman kills a Flash

Trailers for The Flash had shown a lot of differences between the comics and the movies. Among them was the absence of Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash. Instead, there are two versions of Barry Allen. Both of whom use the Speed Force. As we saw in the film, one of them doesn’t want the timeline to change and while the resolution was fitting, having Batman kill one of them would have definitely made an impact.

Bruce Wayne may have a better life than his counterpart, but he’s a man of honor. He’d understand that protecting the timeline is most important. Batman in the comics may not kill, but Michael Keaton’s Batman does.

1. Letter to Bruce from the past

One of the biggest moments from DC Comics Flashpoint came after Barry Allen reset the universe. Barry gives Bruce Wayne a letter from his father. Bruce read the letter and had to sit down. He even cried. That ending will go down as one of the most emotional pages in comic book history.

"“There’s only one thing I know about life. I know some things happen by chance, And some things happen because we make them happen.”- Thomas Wayne to Bruce"

Unfortunately, Thomas Wayne is not Batman in The Flash. Nevertheless, a version of this would have been nice. The DCEU doesn’t have a lot of heartfelt scenes. The closest is Superman killing Zod. Even then, people generally detest that scene. A note from Thomas to Bruce could have been the emotional scene fans have waited for. Alas, it’s not going to happen.
