The invasion is coming. Marvel Studios’ much-anticipated adaptation of classic Marvel saga Secret Invasion is on the horizon.

The six-part Disney Plus series is led by Samuel L. Jackson, who reprises his role as Nick Fury for the first time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since 2019, bringing the character back for a series of thrilling adventures that sees Earth invaded by skrulls. It’s up to Fury to stop the invasion and figure out how to protect the Earth without any of the Avengers to help him.

This is the first MCU series since last summer’s She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, so to say anticipation is high for it would be quite the understatement. That’s not even counting the fact that it’s inspired by one of Marvel Comics’ most iconic arcs.

When does Secret Invasion release in the UK?

Like all previous MCU shows to stream on Disney Plus, Secret Invasion will premiere new episodes on Disney Plus at 3:00 a.m. ET. It’s also in the traditional Wednesday timeslot for Marvel shows. Taking that into account, audiences in the United Kingdom can expect Secret Invasion to debut on Wednesdays at 8:00 a.m. BST.

It will kick off in the UK on Wednesday, June 21, at 8:00 a.m. BST, before dropping new episodes on a weekly basis in the same timeslot.

Secret Invasion premieres on Disney Plus on Wednesday, June 21 and will run through until July 26. As with previous Marvel outings, its release will be a global event, simultaneously premiering around the world at the same time.
