10. Supernatural season 11

When the clock ticks to the start of the eleventh season of Supernatural, the stage is set for an epic showdown with The Darkness, otherwise known as Amara. Unveiling an intriguing layer to the series’ established mythology, it’s revealed that Amara is not just any supernatural entity — she’s God’s sister, thirsty for retribution after being cast into oblivion.

As the storm of her vengeance brews, the Winchester brothers find themselves plunged into an unprecedented struggle, with the series’ familiar elements unfurling in unexpected ways.

In their desperate bid to contain Amara’s mounting fury, the Winchesters enlist the help of none other than Lucifer himself, leading to an extraordinary alliance that sees the fallen angel taking up residence within their trusted ally, Castiel. What follows is a stunning demonstration of unity as angels and demons set aside their animosities, standing shoulder to shoulder against the formidable Amara.

In an unforeseen turn of events, Amara reconciles with her divine sibling, but not before granting Dean’s most heartfelt wish. The conclusion of this adrenaline-fueled season leaves viewers on a thrilling cliffhanger with Amara resurrecting the Winchesters’ mother Mary Winchester, setting the stage for a new era of the show moving forward.
