This Sunday, The Walking Dead: Dead City returns to AMC for its third episode. The Walking Dead spinoff premiered on the cable channel two weeks ago and now it’s back with another new installment.
Things are off to a strong start for the newest entry in the ever-expanding TWD Universe saga. The most recent episode ensured things continued to remain that way as it was another gripping installment that saw Maggie and Negan attempt to work together to survive in the harshness of the post-apocalyptic Manhattan.
Working together was always going to be a tough task for this pair due to their history. Negan is infamous to TWD fans for killing Maggie’s husband Glenn back on the main show’s seventh season. It was one of the most shocking moments in the show’s history and it has understandably made it impossible for Maggie to ever see Negan as anything other than an enemy.
Their uneasy alliance is continuing as Maggie needs Negan’s history with The Croat to help save her son from the new villain, but she just recently discovered that the two baddies’ history wasn’t a pleasant one.
