5. Taylor Lautner

Another wolf, another Beast contender. When it comes to iconic characters and roles, Taylor Lautner definitely fits that part. Thanks to his role as Jacob in the Twilight movies (Team Jacob!), Lautner is someone the entertainment world has talked about, including naming him one of 2010’s sexiest men.

And while he may not have stayed in the category of leading man quite like his costar, Robert Pattinson did, he has still had an interesting career since those Twilight days.

Much like his friend Tyler Posey (the two are not only friends, but they often tried out for the same roles in the past), Taylor Lautner has already proven that he has what it takes to take on a role that requires strength, vulnerability, and power. We have also seen his ability to be versatile thanks to roles in projects like Scream Queens, Cuckoo, and Run the Tide.

In terms of taking on the role of Beast, Lautner has shown that he can be a leader and part of a team. He has the ability to showcase strength and agility as well. Plus, he is also 31 years old, making him both old enough to show off the level of maturity needed for the role and young enough to stick with it for a while and build on any stories given to him.

Taylor Lautner has what it takes to be a member of the X-Men and it just feels like Beast might be the perfect role to make that happen.
