3. Rahul Kohli
When it comes to nuanced characters, Rahul Kohli has proven that he can bring multiple layers to any role he takes on. From iZOMBIE to The Haunting of Bly Manor, he has shown us over and over again that he can be both serious and brilliant, as well as emotional and sensitive. (All of which we think is important for this particular superhero role.)
Kohli has repeatedly shown us that he can steal a scene with just a look, and that is something that we want in our next Beast actor. We want someone who can step into a crowded room and still make his presence known. And that’s what we get with Rahul Kohli.
Every single time he makes an appearance on our screens, we seek him out to see what he is doing or how his character is reacting to whatever is happening around him. And if he were to step into the MCU, it just feels like he has the type of presence that we need for him to make this particular character his own, while also letting us watch his growth as a whole.
We can believe that Kohli would be a founding member of a group of heroes. And we can also see him taking on the role of a mutant thanks to his time on iZOMBIE (for some reason, it just feels like his zombie-adjacent role makes sense in terms of the X-Men and their gifts). Honestly, I want to see Rahul Kohli in the MCU and the Beast just feels like the perfect choice all around.
